Key Responsibilities:
- Attend phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Handle WhatsApp and email communications professionally
- Prepare quotes and follow up with potential clients
- Contact hotels for reservations and make flight bookings
- Coordinate tour-related logistics and client support
Ideal Candidate Should:
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Be able to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Prior experience in tourism or hospitality is a plus
