TEN/MET, a national education network of 232 CSOs, is seeking an International Multimedia & Graphic Design Volunteer to create impactful multimedia content promoting equitable, inclusive, and quality education.

Job Description:

Role: Multimedia & Graphic Design Volunteer (International)
Duration: 6 Months – 1 Year
Location: Tanzania, Dar es Salaam
Time: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop digital media collateral from initiation to delivery.
Engage in video shooting and photography for content creation.
Collaborate with the communications team for efficient project management.
Coordinate content dissemination through various media tools.
Formulate and implement social media campaigns.
Regularly update content on the organization’s website.
Generate key messages using multimedia designs and storytelling techniques.

Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field.
Background in journalism, public relations, or communications.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate in a multicultural, remote work environment.
Proficiency in graphic design and modern communication tools.
Professional English communication skills.
