Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Motion Graphic Designer located in Tanzania. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing videos and animations for promotional, instructional, and marketing purposes. They will be working collaboratively with clients to create designs and animations that are both aesthetically pleasing and also convey complex messages and ideas in an easily understandable way. They will also be required to keep up with the latest design trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Motion Graphics or Multimedia Design
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other multimedia editing tools
• Strong knowledge in the principles of design, typography, and color theory
• Proven ability to complete projects within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with clients
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way
• Experience in creating motion graphics for social media platforms is a plus
• Experience in 3D modeling and animation is a plus
