Job Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Motion Designer, preferably in a corporate communication or marketing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Motion Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English.

Core Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics and video content for presentations, social media, web banners, and internal newsletters.
• Collaborate with communication and marketing teams to align visuals with branding and messaging guidelines.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards based on project goals and communication objectives.
• Design visually compelling motion graphics that effectively convey key messages and engage target audiences.
• Edit video content and enhance it with motion graphics and visual effects.
• Ensure all video and animation content meets quality and technical standards across various platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency by aligning all graphics and animations with the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Maintain a library of reusable motion graphic templates and assets for future use.
• Manage multiple design and animation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement necessary revisions.
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and techniques in motion design and animation.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the quality and impact of motion graphics.
