DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | Prepare a Work Plan for Program Monitoring and Evaluation in order to measure the progress of the implementation and effects of the Program including program indicators as well as various methods that will be used in collecting various statistics and information for the Program; ii. Participating in the collection of program statistics and information resulting from the implementation of activities and results of the Program using various methods such as research, interviews and group interviews; iii. Collaborating with the Program Management Team, on the close monitoring of the implementation of all Program activities, in order to be able to measure the effectiveness of the indicators and parameters set by the program; iv. Collaborating with other Program Stakeholders in evaluating the impact of the Program on the beneficiaries and Society in general by measuring the effectiveness of the set indicators; v. Supervising the maintenance of the systems for the collection and use of Program data based on the accuracy, security and availability of relevant data; vi. To prepare various monthly, quarterly and annual Program implementation information and submit it to the Program Stakeholders including the Program Management Team, Philanthropists and other Stakeholders, following the Institute's reporting procedure; vii. Identifying risks (Risk Identification) that can worsen the implementation of the Program and the achievement of the set goals, including recommending methods to control/prevent the occurrence of such indicators; viii. To build the capacity of the Program Management Team and other Stakeholders on various methods and principles of Program Monitoring and Evaluation; ix. Ensuring that the program complies with the standards, parameters and values of the monitoring and evaluation profession of the Government and the World Bank as specified in the Program Guidelines and other Government Guidelines; x. Ensuring the budget for the implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation activities is allocated, in collaboration with the Program Management Team; xi. Designing various technology methods that will facilitate monitoring and evaluation activities and the collection of Program statistics; and xii. To do any other work in his field that he will be instructed and assigned by his Head. |
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE | Have a Bachelor's Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation (Monitoring and Evaluation) or Project Management (Project Management) and a Master's Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation and have at least three years of work experience. Applicants who have worked in the monitoring and evaluation of projects or programs, will be an additional qualification. |
