Qualifications
• Must have completed primary education or higher.
• Know how to read, write and count.
• Community change mobilisers will be prioritized (CCAs).
• He should have the ability to socialize in the community and the understanding of providing health information.
• He should come from the relevant area and have good conduct and behavior in the community.
• Women are encouraged to apply for this position.
• Be willing to rent or ride a motorcycle.
• Be able to use a smart phone that will be used to receive information.

General Qualifications Of The Applicant
• Must be a Tanzanian aged 18-40 (for the position of breathers)
• Must be a Tanzanian aged 18-60 (for other positions)
• Be a resident of Kibondo District Council.
• Be an active member of Health insurance (CHF or NHIF).
• Women will be given priority, (more than 50% of all employees will be women).
• Must have completed primary education (7th grade) or higher and have a good ability to read and write Kiswahili.
• Awe owns a phone and line registered in his name and is connected to the (MPESA) service.
• Rural Health Workers and community development agents should give priority; just in case he will pass the exam well.
• Be accepted in the relevant community, fair and honest
• Have good physical and mental health
• For employees who are employed, their participation in the exercise will be subject to permission from their employers.
Those who will be selected will be required to provide their personal information, including a copy of their ID, photo, examination form to confirm that they are in good health.
All female employees will be tested for pregnancy before being employed and those found to be pregnant will be removed.
Note: you must have an account of MPESA for payment otherwise you will not be given an employment contract.
Application And Interview Procedures
A: Village Level
• All applications for: Sprinklers, Pump Technicians, Washers, Water Fetchers and Security Guards will be coordinated by village governments, application letters should be sent to the relevant Village Executive Officer.
• The village governments will select twice the number of those planned for each Village in the position of Inspectors.
• Those selected will be interviewed [take exams] and those who succeed will be the ones who will be employed; representation of each village will be considered.
• 60% of those who will be selected to go to the interview of the Inspectors should be women.
• The date, time and place of the interview are as indicated below.
B: District Level
• All applications for: Supervisors, Storekeepers, Assistant Evaluators [M&E Assistants], Wakuuwa Makundi [Team Leaders], Mobilizers [Mobilizers], Data Inputs Entry Clerk] will be coordinated by the District Medical Examiner's Office.
• The application letter should be sent to the Village Executive Officer and stamped to confirm that you are a resident of the village concerned then the applicant will be responsible to present himself to the office of the General Physician (W).
