Xavala Phone Repair Office, located in Dodoma, Tanzania, is renowned for providing top-quality mobile  phone repair services since 2022. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Phone Repair Expert to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that all phone repairs are conducted efficiently and to the highest quality standards, contributing to our reputation for excellence in mobile phone repair services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair various mobile phone issues, including hardware and software problems, screen replacements, battery replacements, and water damage repairs.
• Handle advanced repairs such as motherboard troubleshooting and chip-level repairs.

• Ensure that all repairs meet the company’s high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized and efficient work environment, ensuring that all tools and equipment are used safely and correctly.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile phone models, repair techniques, and industry trends.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring that all necessary parts are available for repairs.

• Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating repair issues and offering solutions to customers.

• Assist in training junior technicians and provide technical support to team members.
• Keep accurate records of all repairs performed and parts used.
• Maintain a clean and professional workspace, following all company health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Electronics, Mobile Phone Repair, or a related technical field. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in mobile phone repair, with proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various phone brands and models.

• Expertise in chip-level repairs, motherboard troubleshooting, and advanced mobile phone repair techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with repair tools, diagnostic equipment, and software.
• Age: 25-35 years.
