What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Manager to join the Mediation Service Center team. Your objective will be to  support mediators in the management of new business operations and policy portfolio for Private Lines (Auto, Home, communities, etc.). Your day to day will consist of:

• Responsible for operations in the management of new business.
• Support and attention to mediators based on established quality and service levels.
• Proactively ensure that all operations are carried out on time and with excellent service.
• Compliance with SLA's and other service indicators.
• Detect possible incidents, report and follow up.
• Participate in projects. Implementation of new products, campaigns, (UAT)
