Job description:

  • To work with the GM and Group Director of Marketing to plan and co-ordinate the yearly marketing plan and budget.
  • To co-ordinate printed marketing materials.
  • To arrange photo-shoots and other marketing materials.
  • To ensure high standards for all promotional material.
  • To bring ideas and participate in the preparations for the promotion of Hotel F&B outlets and other services.
  • To follow the marketing results and propose corrective actions if needed.
  • To keep close follow up on developments of the competitor hotels (occupancy, structural alterations, renovation, special campaigns, rate promotions, marketing efforts, theme events etc.).
  • To maintain the existence of an efficient customer database system (CRM).
  • To create lists for key important customers; Patrons, VIPs and repeaters.
  • Highly motivated and carrying high degree of character is a must.
  • To develop excellent communications channels with the hotel stakeholders (local government, tour operators, corporate etc.)

Public relations:

  • To attend, participate in any events which have value to the Hotel, to promote a positive image of the Hotel within the marketplace.
  • To foster and maintain excellent lines of communication with all management team and HQ.
  • To deal with any guest complaints/comments brought to the attention of the Marketing office, taking all forms of appropriate action to give a positive response.

 Digital marketing

  • To keep the hotel website updated and ensure that all images, events, and contact details are correct.
  • To maintain an active presence on all social media channels and respond to all customers& messages and comments promptly.
  • Run social media campaigns within the pre-approved budget.
  • Monitor Search Engine results through google analytics tools and work website developer to improves search results.
  • Ensure the hotel’s online channels represent correct information about the Hotel.
  • Run E-mail marketing campaigns.
  • Develop updated digital marketing materials, photos, and videos.
