MEKONSULT is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, develop innovative strategies, and enhance our brand presence. In this role, you’ll drive marketing initiatives, manage campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure impactful engagement with our target audience. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our asset
management and risk mitigation services.
• Align strategies with business objectives to drive
growth and expand market presence.

Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
within the asset management and risk mitigation sectors.

• Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Brand Management and Positioning:
• Enhance brand visibility and credibility by developing compelling marketing campaigns, maintaining consistent brand messaging, and optimizing brand positioning across all channels.

 Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
• Oversee  digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO optimization, social media campaigns, and email marketing, to increase online engagement and lead generation.

Content Creation and Communication:
• Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful marketing content, including brochures, case studies, press releases, and presentations.
• Ensure messaging effectively communicates the value of our asset management and risk mitigation solutions to target audiences.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, commercial IT, and customer service, to ensure cohesive communication and alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years working experience.
• Proficiency in English and the use of Microsoft Office packages software.
• Report writing skills.

• Time management and planning skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• BSc/BA, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Sociology, Economics, Agribusiness, or any other related field.
