Job Description
• To support customers and increase sales, you build relationships across a variety of channels, including one-to-one phone conversations, email, Skype and social media.
• You speak directly to customers and help steer them towards the most appropriate travel experiences for their needs and goals.

• Through after-sales care, you set the tone for their expedition and add value by responding to their questions quickly and professionally.
• Day to day, you collaborate with your sales and marketing co-workers by sharing information and ideas, you help the whole business achieves its objectives for growth and conservation impact.
• Work with the sales and marketing team to identify possible gaps in our offering and generate new ideas that promote our trips throughout the year.
• Deliver sales presentations, ensuring the content is consistent with other marketing communications and personalized to the nature of the audience.
• Organize and attend talks and marketing events, if and when needed.

• Handle pre-event paperwork and organize the logistics of talks.
• Respond to community engagement on our social media channels.

Requirements
• A minimum experience of 1 years in a Travel Industry (agency) or Airline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and Ability to handle stressful situations.
• A team player and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work for flexible hours and on weekends and to offer excellent customer service.
