Marketing Consultant
Superside is looking for a Marketing Consultant iin the field of Performance Marketing for the Customer Enablement team. As such, you’ll develop performance marketing strategies and paid media campaign plans for a range of customers in different industries across various digital channels.
Reporting to the Manager of Digital Marketing Consulting, success in this role will be measured by your ability to understand digital marketing channels in order to develop different effective performance marketing campaigns for our customers. Grounded on data & insights and customers' objectives, your role will help them to grow and thrive in their respective markets, leveraging Superside’s amazing creative capabilities.
Collaboration with other Marketing Consultants and Creative Leads is key to the role as well as developing thought leadership, enabling to position the Digital Marketing Consulting team and Superside as a whole as a long-term partner to our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop performance marketing plans for customers in various industries, and follow up on their implementations
- Collaborate with internal Superside teams and customers to translate marketing strategies into actionable plans, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives and goals
- Develop tailored solutions and advise clients on, e.g. performance marketing audits, strategies for paid digital channels and campaign plans, ensuring they align with the client's overall business objectives
- Conduct thorough performance marketing audits, identifying areas of improvement and providing actionable recommendations to optimize performanceProvide expert guidance on, e.g.
- Performance marketing, Paid social media advertising, Google Ads.
- Analyze and leverage market research, consumer insights, and industry trends to make data-informed recommendations
- Analyze market trends and client performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimizationIf needed, monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing best practices, trends, and emerging technologies, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in the services provided
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a tech, consulting, or agency environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful data-driven performance marketing plans.
- Strong expertise in key areas of digital marketing e.g. Performance Marketing, Landing Page Optimization, creative testing, conversion rate optimization, lead generation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed recommendations
- Exceptional English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders and discuss solutions in large groups
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented, with a passion for staying current on digital marketing trends and best practices
