We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing and Fundraising Officer to join our team and play a vital role in enhancing our school’s visibility and securing resources for our continued growth.

Position Overview:
As the Marketing and Fundraising Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote  Gosheni Nursery and Primary School, attract new students, and secure funding through various channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in marketing and fundraising.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote  Gosheni Nursery and Primary School to prospective students and their families.

• Implement fundraising campaigns and initiatives to generate financial support for school programs and projects.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and community partners.
• Coordinate events and activities to engage the community and promote the school’s mission.

• Create and manage content for marketing materials, social media, and the school website.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and fundraising, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and community members.

• Strong written and oral communication skills are are vital for this post.
