Kepler Academy TZ is a training and consulting firm based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. We specialize in professional certification courses and general training in fraud examination, risk management, internal auditing, and governance. As authorized trainers for the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in East Africa, we also collaborate with Power Resources (PRC) to deliver Certified Internal Auditors (CIA) courses and training materials. Additionally, we offer certification courses in ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management and ISO 31010. Our goal is to provide Africa with efficient and cost-effective courses that have global recognition.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Marketing Account Executive at Kepler Academy TZ. The Marketing Account Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to communication, account management, sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management (CRM). The role is primarily located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form
• Experience in account management and sales
• Ability to generate leads and build relationships with customers
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of fraud examination, risk management, or internal auditing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
