Smiles Dental Clinic

Smiles Dental Clinic is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a healthy care facility, ensuring both efficient service delivery and administrative functions. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including managing staff, overseeing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of patients care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Ensuring the clinic functions smoothly
• Managing patients’ appointments
• Records keeping
• And overall clinic workflow

Staff Management 

• Recruiting, Training, Scheduling and evaluating clinic staff, including Doctors, Nurses and support personnel

Financial Management 

• Developing and managing Budgets, controlling expenses, and potentially overseeing revenue generation.

Quality Assurance & Compliance: 

Ensuring adherence to clinic policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Patient care and satisfaction:

• Coordinating activities of healthcare professionals to optimize care and addressing patient concerns.

Qualifications and Skills

• While specifics requirements can vary, A  Manager typically requires a strong background in health care with few years of relevant experience. Essential skills include financial management, leadership, communication, and a thorough understanding of healthcare regulations and operations.
