| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | i.Publishing regular letters / reports and documents; ii. Helping welcome visitors, address their problems and direct them to areas where they can be addressed; iii. Assist in keeping records of events, schedules, visitors on the dates of meetings of the principal's trip and other schedules; iv. Assisting in obtaining and submitting documents to the principal or any other material required for the work of his subordinates; v. Assisting in communicating the instructions of his Chief of Staff to his assistants in the office; and Perform other duties as directed by his Leader. |
| QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE | Recruitment of Form IV graduates attending the Undergraduate Training and passing the Level 3 exam. They have completed the English and English Short Course in 80 words per minute and have received Computer training from any Government recognized college and obtained a certificate in Window, Microstoft Office, Internet, E-mail and Publisher programs. |
