JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking Minimum 3 year’s experienced recruit in transport and logistic field, to assists in running of a transportation operation Dar es Salaam
Duties and Requirements:
• Assists in planning, scheduling, finding new loads from clients to be transported outside Tanzania to neighbouring Countries.
• Ensure all documentation, Paperworks are records and logs are maintained accurately.
• Planning well ahead with clients, loads, borders, delays on-route, documentations needed, drivers.
• Communicating with clients of payments and debts.
• Concerns regarding transportation, issues are resolved
• Proof of payments received/awaiting,
• Day to day running of business.
• Legal Paperworks, contracts, receipts, loads carriage documents, contracts signatures, fleet insurance are all filled, logged, scanned to email and all records are up to date.
• Able to negotiate clients loads rates.
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize logistics operations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, inbound and outbound, or customer issues.
• A recommendation to potential clients and advise of cost implications and routes
• Manage vehicle maintenance and safety compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Ensure satisfactory of clients goods ready to be transported and not over weights goods, load & safety standards and with correct documentations needed before departures.
• Anticipating potential issues and implementing preventive measures by providing relevant information and support to management to make decisions.
• Understanding of transport regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to solve problems and think critically under pressure.
• Good manners and a positive attitude.
• English speaking.
• must have their own transportation, phone, laptop.
• Use of Microsoft words, direct communication to management and use of company`s email.
• working on Monday-Friday, can work weekends if needed, etc

Salary: negotiable, monthly payments.
