Long term, we’ll become the default recruitment engine for all companies & create the highest quality pre-vetted global talent pool on earth.
We’re hiring a Lead Solutions Engineer to help our clients succeed from day one. You’ll work closely with the founder, sales managers, and engineers to make sure our product is adopted, used, and loved. This role is specifically for our SaaS clients that are implementing Zara in their recruitment workflow.

What You’ll Do:
- Onboard new clients (typically $50k–$300k ARR) and help them build the greatest talent pool of pre-vetted talent using Zara, our AI Recruiter
- Customize AI Interviews and hiring pipelines for both tech and non-tech roles
- Flag risks, track usage, and keep internal tools updated with client progress
- Join calls, solve problems, and share feedback with our product team
- Lead the Solutions Engineering department and own client accounts end-to-end, both technical and operational aspects
What We’re Looking For:
- You have 2–4 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar role, ideally at a high-growth SaaS startup
- You’re confident talking to clients, managing projects, and picking up new tools
- You’ve worked in fast-paced environments and are comfortable leading initiatives
