We are looking for an analytical, results-driven Lead PHP developer with a strategic mindset who can provide technical guidance, and overseeing the end-to-end development process to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions with a hands on high-quality code development work. Take charge, help us in taking the architectural decisions, mentoring developers, and driving innovation to optimize our PHP-based project. Lead the PHP development efforts, bringing a wealth of experience to inspire and guide the team, fostering a collaborative environment for efficient project execution. You will be a part of a team that is responsible for all phases of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

The Lead PHP Developer will:

  • formulate more efficient processes, solve problems, and create a more seamless experience for users
  • develop REST API for dashboard and mobile application (for partners and clients)
  • create integration with third-party systems via API and SDK
  • use code coverage with unit and integration tests
  • deploy to production via Jenkins
  • participate in the discussion of tasks and projects
  • compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with team members and assist in education and training junior developers
Required profile for job ad : Lead PHP DeveloperRequirements:

  • 10+ years of experience with PHP (version 8.1+ is good to have), MySQL and Git
  • previous experience mentoring and leading technical teams
  • 3+ years of experience with microservices architecture
  • Strong understanding of OOP, strong knowledge of basic programming patterns, PHP-FIG PSR standards and Composer
  • Strong skills in Linux
  • Experience in designing and developing RESTful web APIs
  • Experience in writing Unit Tests and Integration Tests
  • Experience with AWS is a plus
  • English language level Intermediate +
  • Being a fast learner, open to changes, and having a customer-centric attitude and Agile mindset
