Job Purpose
Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the Agribusiness and Saccos value chain (AMCOS, Government associations & Institutions). Design and execute strategies to ensure Agribusiness AMCOS and Saccos are onboarded and utilizing the Airtel Money platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1.AMCOS & Saccos Acquisitions
• Develop tactical strategies to enroll Agribusiness and Saccos on the Airtel Money platform.
• Engage stakeholders like Government, Agribusiness owner’s association, and Banks to drive acquisition and utilization.
• Lead a team of sales executives to achieve onboarding targets and maintain a database for enrollment.
2.Partner Relationship Management
• Map and manage relationships with all key stakeholders in the Agribusiness sector, including Government and Banks.
• Engage partners in working partnerships essential for Agribusiness sector success.
3.Ensure Customer Support
• Structure Implement a support structure for on boarded Agribusiness and Saccos, including training and query resolution.
• Ensure active usage of the system by all enrolled entities.
4.Drive Usage and Retention
• Manage and report on system utilization, organize regular activations, and conduct marketing activities to enhance product awareness.
5.Market Insights & Campaign
• Development Analyze competition and market trends to derive insights and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Design and execute campaigns to boost market share, revenue, and transaction value.
6.Performance Tracking
• Maintain a comprehensive database and define targets for the team.
• Track and monitor all KPIs, providing regular performance reports to guide business decisions.
Key Competencies
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in AMCOS & Saccos sector and handson relationship management.
• Strong business knowledge, exposure to ERPs, banking, and related structures.
• Excellent knowledge of Airtel’s products/services, with strong analytical, planning, and communication skills. High personal standards, goaloriented, and able to work under high stress with shortterm targets.
