Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Landscape Manager at Jaz amaluna located in Uroa, Zanzibar. The Landscape Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscape maintenance and design, including managing a team of landscapers, creating and implementing landscape designs, and ensuring the overall aesthetic appeal of the property. The Landscape Manager will also collaborate with other departments to plan and execute outdoor events and activities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscape management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of plant species, landscaping techniques, and irrigation systems
• Ability to create and implement landscape designs
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices
• Valid driver's license
