We are seeking a kitchen manager who will maintain daily records on inventory, stocks, ingredients, and supplies within the system.

Responsibilities

• Preparing production orders for each day.
• Preparing supplies to be sent for each delivery.
• Ensuring the kitchen is clean and properly organized.
• Finishing each day in a timely manner.
• Adhering to each step of the daily checklist.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in restaurant management or related field.

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

Additional Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment.
