We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive cook able to provide an excellent guest dining experience.

The candidate will have to prepare international dishes, together with a wide pastry variety and different bread selection.

We are looking for someone able to provide food costing on Excel, with a stunning dish up and capable of handle pressure while working on different dishes at the same time.

Requirements

• Experience with vegan dishes.
• Experience with vegetarian dishes.
• Experience making bread.
• Experience with international dishes (Spanish, Italian, French…)
• Experience making international pastry (macarons, cinnamon rolls, apple pie…)
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Able to perform the given menu.
• Food costing knowledge on Excel (demonstrable).
• Able to work under pressure.
