Description

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related fields. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within banking or telecommunications.
Core Responsibilities:
Market Assessment: Evaluate market conditions within the digital payments space and identify opportunities for corporate solutions and product sales.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop account-level sales initiatives, which will be reviewed and approved by senior management.
Account Management: Build and grow new corporate accounts, ensuring the achievement of targeted monthly sales and revenue plans for both new and existing accounts.
Sales Leadership: Lead the day-to-day management of sales processes, proposals, forecasting, CRM updates, pipeline management, and customer engagements.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer and partner satisfaction, and continually improve these levels.
Client Relations: Establish and maintain professional relationships with key personnel in assigned clients’ accounts.
Business Forecasting: Conduct external business forecasting and planning with key accounts, focusing on cross-selling new solutions.
Reporting: Provide various reports for commercial decision-making purposes.

Business Development: Experience in developing new business and managing corporate relationships.

Business Concept Translation: Ability to understand and translate business ideas or concepts into tangible business value.
