You will be responsible for the

• Daily activities within the Reservations department and report to the Reservations Supervisor,
• Regional Sales Executive, Front Office Manager, and Sales Manager.
• This position requires outstanding customer service at all times, as you will be dealing with international clients, travel agents, and tour operators who will send booking requests and ask several questions.
• You will assist the front desk team with reservation inquiries and quotations.
• This position will require morning or afternoon shift work as per the weekly roster scheduling, and you may be required to work a few hours extra as per the operational requirements.
•  Salary – market related to Junior reservationist positions and will be discussed during the interview.
