Requirements

  • Ability to maintain high design standards, provide an excellent, consistent design experience, and work on tight deadlines
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Knowledge in Adobe creative suite & Figma
  • Knowledge in illustrations
  • Well organised individual who is able to work consistently on recurring projects
  • Understand how to communicate with colleagues in different teams across different countries
  • Strong conceptual thinker
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and has ownership over their work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Email CRM knowledge
  • Animation skills

 

Responsibilities

  • Working within the design team, and alongside the marketing team, you will create visual assets that clearly communicate our brand
  • Design and execute thought-provoking, market-leading content for social media, emailers, ads, blog imagery, marketing campaigns, events & country launches
  • Create infographics that communicate complex ideas in a simple manner
  • Work within the design team to keep our marketing collateral on brand
  • Collaborate closely with designers of different disciplines
  • Participate in all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off
  • Keep abreast of competitors’ branding and industry trends
  • Supporting and sharing your knowledge and expertise with other designers
