Job Description:

As an Accounting Certificate Holder at **MML*, you will play a vital role in our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling bank statements and preparing financial reports
• Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring
• Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to management
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Process transactions using cash registers and electronic systems
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Count and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Provide assistance to customers with product inquiries or locating items
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Update and maintain accounting records and ledgers
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
• Perform financial analysis and provide insights to senior accountants or management
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies
• Utilize accounting software and Excel to organize and analyze financial information.

Required profile for job ad : Junior AccountantQualifications:

• Hold a valid accounting certificate
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
