Tanganyika instant coffee public limited company is planning to award several contracts on supply of various goods and services, this invitation letter aims to call upon all eligible bidders for supply of goods and services for the year 2023/2024. Below is a list of lots of goods and services on offer;

1. Tender for supply of Furnace HFO125.

2. Tender for supply of diesel oil.

3. Tender for provision of transportation services.

4. Tender for provision of clearing and forwarding services.

5. Tender for provision of legal services.

6. Tender for supply of spare parts.

7. Tender for supply of stationary.

8. Tender for supply of printed packaging boxes.

9. Pre-qualification for supply of tin cans for coffee.

10. Pre-qualification for supply of polythene printed packing material.

11. Pre-qualification for supply of printed packaging film roll.

12. Tender for provision of security services.

13. Tender for provision of cleaning services.

14. Tender for supply and provision of marketing materials and printing services.

15. Tender for provision of motor vehicle insurance service.

16. Tender for provision of property insurance service.

17. Tender for provision of flight booking and air ticket services.

18. Tender for provision of fumigation services.

19. Pre-qualification for provision of building and construction service.

20. Pre-qualification for supply of construction and building materials.

21. Pre-qualification for supply of green beans coffee.

22. Tender for provision of tax consultation and audit service

23. Tender for provision of catering service.

24. Tender for supply of fresh milk.

25. Tender for supply of wood glue, nylon rope and PP woven Bags/PP sacks (Gunia)

Note;

i.              Tender fee is TZS 100,000/= for each

ii.             Payment to be made by cash or through Crdb bank account no.01J2055942100, account name Tanganyika Instant Coffee Company Limited

iii.            Tender documents are available in English Language

iv.           Note lot No.9, No.10, No.11, No.19, No.20 and No.21 are only for pre-qualification.
