PROCUREMENT OF MICRONUTRIENT POWDER (16,200 BOXES) FOR THE CHILDREN WHO ARE UNDER 5-YEAR-OLD IN KATI DISTRICT (27 PHCU UNGUJA IN ZANZIBAR)

Good People International Tanzania (GPIT) invites sealed bids from eligible companies/firms to supply Micronutrient Powder for Good People International Tanzania (GPIT). The following information pertains to the invitation:

1. LOTS S/N ITEM/SERVICE
   LOT 1: Micronutrient Powders (MNP)

   • Companies/Suppliers located in Zanzibar are highly recommended.

2. Objective
   Good People International Tanzania (GPIT) has set aside funds for the financial year, part of which will be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement of Micronutrient Powder for children under 5 years old in Wilaya ya Kati (Kati district), including 27 PHCUs (Primary Health Care Units) in Unguja, Zanzibar.

3. Bidding Invitation
   Good People International Tanzania (GPIT), Zanzibar Office, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers who meet the requirements and specialize in the supply of Micronutrient Powder.

4. Clarification of Bidding Document
   Bidders may request a clarification of the bidding document up to three (3) days before the bid submission deadline. Requests can be sent via email to:

5. Bid Submission
   Tenders should be delivered directly (hand delivery) to the GPIT Offices located in Mbweni, Mazizini-Zanzibar, Tanzania until 13th March 2025.

   After the submission period closes, the tender committee will select the final companies through document screening, and if necessary, face-to-face interviews during the public opening and closing of bids.
