FOR TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY OF FERTILIZER

ETG INPUTS LTD is a duly registered company to undertake business of Importation, Distribution and Exportation of Fertilizer, Agro chemical and Agro tools.

ETG INPUTS LTD invite sealed tenders from eligible bidders for carrying out the Transportation of Fertilizer as follows.

Bidders may quote for One LOT or Two Lots or ALL Lots. The Tenderers must quote for all specified quantities. Bids for incomplete lot will be considered nonresponsive and rejected.

1. Interested and eligible bidders must confirm their intention to bid indicating all relevant contact information including respective e-mail address to tnz@etgworld.com Attn: Irene. Bidders will be responsible for following up to ensure that EIL has received the notification.
2. Within 48 hours of receiving the bidder’s confirmation of receipt of IFT and intention to bid, bid documents in English language will be sent to interested bidders by e-mail. Interested bidders will be responsible for confirming receipt of bid documents within 24 hours after receipt of bid document(s). EIL will not be held responsible for any costs related to printing, preparation, or submission of the bid documents.
3. Bidder MUST submit along with their application payment proof of Tsh 100,000/= (Non – Refundable) paid to failure to that no application will be received.

1. Bidders must submit bid in a sealed envelope by hand, post or email by 14th August 2024; Time 1200 HRS to: General Manager,  ETG Inputs Ltd, Samora Avenue, 9th Floor, Harbour View Towers, P. 0. Box 10295, Dar es Salaam, marked “Tender number IFT 01 of 2024-2025 for Transportation and delivery of Fertilizer.” Email submission should be two hours before deadline. Late submission of the bid will not be considered during evaluation.
2. Valid License: All interested bidders must possess a valid license to operate a transportation business in the relevant regions/countries.
3. Experience: Bidders should have a proven track record in providing transport services for similar industries or projects.
4. Capacity: Bidders must have a fleet of vehicles suitable for the transportation needs of our company.
5. Compliance: The selected service provider must comply with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
6. Insurance: Bidders are required to provide proof of comprehensive insurance coverage for their vehicles and cargo.

2. Experience and Track Record
3. Capacity and Resources
4. Pricing Competitiveness
