Invitation for External Audit Firm Tender for year 2023

As part of our commitment for maintaining the highest standards of financial transparency and accountability, we are seeking the services of a qualified and experienced external audit firm to conduct our annual financial audit for year 2023.

We are inviting interested audit firms to submit a formal proposal so as to be considered for this prestigious opportunity. The successful bidder will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive audit of our financial statements, internal controls and compliance processes. The audit is to be carried out in accordance with applicable accounting standards, regulations and reporting requirements.

Key Information and Requirements:

Eligibility: Interested audit firms should possess relevant licenses, certifications, and qualifications required to perform audits in Tanzania.

Experience: The bidding firms must have a proven track record of conducting audits for Insurance Company.

Independence: The selected audit firm must adhere to the principles of independence and objectivity throughout the audit process.

Submission Deadline: The deadline for the submission of proposals is 17 August 2023

Proposal Format: Bidders should submit a detailed proposal by outlining their audit approach, team composition, timeline, fee structure, and any other relevant information.

Confidentiality: All information shared during the bidding process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality
