As a manager, you must conduct audits to ensure employee compliance with internal and external policies. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree, and they must be licensed insurance agents, as this role involves individual and wholesale insurance sales.

You should also have several years of experience in a field like health insurance or property and casualty insurance.

Insurance Manager Duties and Responsibilities
