ii.To assist in system and network maintenance;

iii.To trouble-shoot systems and network;

iv.To perform or direct web site updates;

v.To identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback, and correct problems or refer problems to appropriate personnel for correction;

vi.To develop or validate test routines and schedules in order to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types;

vii. To assist the implementation of Network Security within the Local and Wide Area Networks;

viii. To perform database design, creation, and testing activities;

ix. To manage the database availability and performance, including incident and    problem management;

x. To administer database objects to achieve optimum utilization;

xi. To monitor usage, transaction volumes, response times, and concurrency levels;

xii. To identify reporting, and managing database security issues, audit trails, and

forensics;

xiii. To design database backup, archiving, and storage strategy;

xiv. To design, write and update codes for software applications/solutions;

xv.  To manage systems performance and provide tech support;

xvi. To review and update existing programs;

xvii. To identify and fix system defects; and

xviii. Perform any other duties assigned by his immediate Supervisor.
