Great Wall Tobacco Company (T) Limited, a new company for manufacturer of cigarettes and tobacco products, is seeking dedicated and physically fit industrial workers to join our dynamic team. As part of our growing operations, we aim to set new standards of quality and efficiency in Tanzania’s tobacco industry.

Position: Industrial Workers 15 posts

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist in the maintenance of production and packaging machinery.
• Load, unload, and move materials as required in the production process.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
• Follow safety procedures and adhere to quality standards at all times.
• Support various operational tasks as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Residing near Mkuranga Industrial Park or surrounding areas.
• Physically fit to handle demanding industrial tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing setup is an added advantage.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
• Both male and female below 27 years old
