REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR role, preferably in manufacturing or automotive sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
