JOB DETAILS:
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Selection and Recruitment of Staff
• Monitor and review the system of performance appraisal and ensure that the appraisal are
carried out in a timely manner.
• Manage Training and training costs against budget
• Maintain all staff records including leave, training, appraisal, attendance.
• Assist with promotion and annual salary review process as and when required.
• Assist in disciplinary and grievance matters
• Assist in handling all local tribunal cases.
• Manage health and medical issues
• Perform other related issues as may be assigned from time to time.

Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree preferably in HR.
• At least two years experience in an HR department preferably in a Financial Institution / Bank.

Salary :
Commensurate with Qualifications and Experience
