Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Arusha. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, and supporting current and future business needs. The Human Resources Manager will also manage the recruitment process, talent management, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with legal and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources management or a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations, compensation, benefits, and best practices in Human Resources
• Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, including management and executive leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills, with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the work
