About the job
Purpose of the Job
Under the directives of the Managing Director, provide operational human resources and administrative consulting support to variety of clients.
Key Outputs
- Provision of HR generalist services to the line management and employees; recruitment and selection, job description support, performance management, training and development (including organizing and conducting HR related trainings, TNA and Skills Matrix discussions), administering the on-boarding and induction programme, disciplinary process facilitation and support, remuneration grading support and CMA cases handling support.
- Organizing and conducting JOB SEEKERS training on matters of Behavioral Competencies, Practical Job Interviewing and CVs and Cover Letters writing.
- Assist in implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the HR manuals, workplans, policies and procedures in line with the Company HR strategy.
- Participate in formulation and implementation of HR policies, procedures and practices.
- Organizing Comprehensive Wellness Programs.
- Participate in all admin/operational duties as necessary.
- Any other related tasks.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business Administration from a recognized University or equivalent
- An Active Member of the Human Resources Society of Tanzania
- Intermediate to Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite
- Grasp knowledge and understanding of the Tanzania Labour Laws
- At least 5 years of proven relevant working experience
