Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people plans that support the business strategy.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on all aspects of HR, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
  • Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring legal compliance, collaboration, and consistency of approach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Proactively identify and address people challenges, developing and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Champion and deliver reputational positive-change within the business.
  • Coach and build the people-capability of managers to improve performance within functional business units.
  • Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement across the HR team.
  • Work in a complex environment, with a matrix support structure, to deliver high-impact results.

About You

  • Demonstrable experience in people partnership with business managers and leaders
  • Willing and able to communicate with and on-board across people, functions and stakeholders
  • Be a proactive champion for change and organisational development
  • Experience of successfully working in and delivering people focused service at a partner-approach HR level
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced, matrixed, dynamic environment
  • Ability to engage, challenge and influence stakeholders
  • Commercially astute with a willingness to work collaboratively, not just across the HR team but across all people and projects.
  • Ability to travel as required, including willingness to attend industry events
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Strong initiative and evaluation skills; generating ideas and suggestions to improve performance and efficiency
  • Financially aware with the ability to apply financial impact scenarios to HR operations
  • A highly motivated self-starter, able to work autonomously with minimum supervision.
  • Awareness of risk, security, data protection; and health and safety at work
