Description

We are looking for a Human Resources and Administration Executive.
The HR and Admin Executive will play a key role in managing and overseeing human resources functions, employee administration, and office operations. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Responsibilities :
Human Resources:

  • Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Coordinate and maintain employee records, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in employee orientation and training programs.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll information.
  • Support employee relations and address queries related to benefits, policies, and general HR inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Assist in performance management processes, such as performance reviews, feedback, and employee development programs.
  • Organize employee welfare programs, team-building activities, and other HR events.

Administration:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is replenished as needed.
  • Handle office maintenance, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs, including utilities, housekeeping, and maintenance services.
  • Manage office space, coordinate seating arrangements, and ensure the office environment is conducive to employee productivity.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage office calendars.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and office administration, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
