Job Description

Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies stock and place orders Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets Maintain and update company databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Update office policies as needed Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments Book meeting rooms as required Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective on-boarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
