Available Positions

• HSE Officer
  • Location: Tanzania or Uganda (Site-based)
  • Contract Duration: 18 Months
  • Position Summary: Supports daily HSE execution, enforcing safety policies and promoting a safety culture on-site.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct inspections, deliver briefings, and monitor field activities.
    • Assist in incident investigations and track near-misses and hazards.
    • Ensure PPE compliance and support CAPA implementation.
  • Required Qualifications & Experience:
    • Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or Engineering.
    • 2–4 years of HSE field experience.
    • Knowledge of hazard identification, ISO 45001, and safety reporting platforms.
