Description
1. Ensuring all HR programs, policies and procedures comply with current legislation.
2. Responsible for overseeing the entire HR services activity (Recruitment & Training, Staffing, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial and Employee Relation).
3. Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
4. Responsible to develop company policies used Standard Operation Prochedure of HR.
5. Responsible for all activities related to Attandence Management, Contract Management and visa.
6. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
7. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by leaders.
- Bachelor degree in HR Management, Finance & Accounting Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Good English proficiency in oral and written
- At least have 2 years of working experience in related field
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
- Mature and trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
- Advance proficiency in MS Office
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail and time-management abilities
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong ethics and reliability
- No Criminal Record.
