Job Description

We have a tech  that does HRIS and HR Processes for our staff in the Philippines.

 

We are expanding to Africa, and already actively working with a HR professional in Uganda & South Africa who have completed much of the work (which can serve as a template.)

 

Tanzania is also a country we are very passionate about, and in order to begin the process we need to hammer out the same scope of work:

 

a) Drafting the HR Manual,

b) Synchronizing the HR Manual with the current law in Tanzania.

c) Ensuring the Manual is tailor made to conform to your business.

d) Advising on any inquiries that may arise from you in light of the Manual.

e) Effecting changes to the Manual where need arises following interaction with you.

f) Drafting service agreements, work orders and contracts for your employees in Tanzania.
