Our Client is a leading gaming company in East and West Africa.

Key Responsibility:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information
  • Maintaining employee records and paperwork
  • Provide administrative support for HR executives
  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
  • Updating internal HR databases
  • Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses

Candidate profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HR officer, administrator or other HR position
  • Industry preferred gaming, betting, e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
  • Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A graduate degree.
