HR Manager
This role involves leading HR operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture to support MUV Group’s growth in hospitality and production.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures compliant with labor laws.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection for diverse roles across business units.
- Lead employee onboarding and induction programs for smooth integration.
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits, and statutory contributions (NSSF, NHIF, etc.).
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes professionally.
- Administer performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and accountability.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to upskill teams and support growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Advise management on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR trends.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (diploma holders with strong experience considered).
- 3–5 years of HR management experience, preferably in hospitality, FMCG, or production.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HR software (Odoo experience is an advantage).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
