JOB BRIEF

Job Title: HR Generalist/HRBP
Place of Work: CCECC Malampaka Camp
Department: HR
Reports to: HR Director

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Workforce planning, headcount management and onboarding;
 Proactive assessment and identification of people issues and opportunities via data and scenario analysis supported with formulation and presentation of solutions with business key stakeholders;
 Find and report proven relevant compensation market data;
 Provide timely information and guidance to supervisors and employees on various human resource issues, i.e. reviews, employee relations, compensation, performance improvement, etc.;
 Advise supervisors and managers on discipline and termination decisions;
 Identify, evaluate, and resolve employee relation issues, keep abreast of the country and local laws and regulations updates;
 From time to time review and update Labor Contract, Employee Handbook and other related HR documents;
 Implement HR due diligence to mitigate the risk;
 Proactively assess employee pain points and, in consultation with management, develop workable solutions;
 Other duties as assigned.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

 Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or related discipline, with an advanced degree from accredited institutions preferred;

 Minimum 10 years of HR tracking experience as specialist or generalist preferably in the construction or technology-related industry, and experience in MNC and Fortune 500 is a plus;

 Able to provide clear guidance to leadership regarding policies, practices, laws and regulations to ensure all human resource policies and programs are in compliance with local and governmental regulatory requirements and support the achievement of both short/long-term business objectives;

 Resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach with clear documentation and follow-through;

 Strong data sense, able to design and propose workforce analytics report, dashboard and recommend actions, implement and monitor results and propose further actions to close the loop, especially in labor cost optimization, ad-hoc data analytics;

 Skilled at MS office software, especially Excel;

 High level of English, the candidate with high IELTS score is a big plus;

 Accustomed to working under pressure, strong self-motivation, with can-do spirit and entrepreneurship;

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills with exceptional high EQ to work with a very multicultural group of internal stakeholders;

 Unquestioned work ethics and integrity.
