Responsibilities:

• Hiring & Recruitment:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with various departments to understand hiring needs.
• Payroll & Compensation:
  • Oversee salary and payroll processing for all employees.
  • Maintain and update salary records, ensuring compliance with local laws.
• Attendance & Leave Management:
  • Track employee attendance, leaves, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with leave policies and address discrepancies if any.
• Performance Management & Employee Relations:
  • Support performance reviews and manage employee queries.
  • Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns effectively.
• Administrative HR Tasks:
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee records.
  • Ensure all HR policies are implemented and up-to-date.
