Description

Position Overview: HR and Administrator Officers at Pelsam Limited manage daily functions and office activities for upper management and senior staff. The role requires strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills to ensure smooth operations.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to optimize performance.
  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
  • Track office supply stocks and place orders as needed.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

HR Operations:

  • Support management of employee records and contracts.
  • Assist in payroll management and implementation.
  • Coordinate HR-related duties, including audits, payroll, recruitment, and induction.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate onboarding of staff in administration and HR procedures, as well as exit processes.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Coordinate staff support for relocations, temporary accommodation, starting/leaving procedures, travel insurance, per diems, visas, work permits, workstations, health, safety, and office equipment.
