We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor.
Responsibilities :

• Supervising and managing the housekeeping staff and operations in a hotel, ensuring that the property is clean and well-maintained.

• Staff management: Oversee the housekeeping staff, assign duties, and schedule shifts
• Cleaning supplies: Maintain stock, order cleaning products, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Cleaning and maintenance: Schedule cleaning and maintenance tasks, and ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and orderly
• Training: Train new employees and provide corrective actions when needed
• Customer satisfaction: Monitor the work of the cleaning staff to ensure that they are providing a clean and attractive environment for guests
• Inventory: Maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies
• Communication: Keep in touch with staff deployed in all parts of the building
• Inspecting work: Ensuring that work is up to standard, and recording inspection results
• Budget control: Helping to control the budget by supervising staff's use of supplies, equipment, and linen
• Assets and Skills: Attention to detail, Flexibility, Communication skills, Time management, and Physical stamina.
